		The BBQ Corner Catering offers quality food and services to a vast area of North Texas. Our specialty is BBQ, but our reputation for other foods is quickly growing. Our BBQ selection includes sliced or chopped brisket, smoked sausage, ham, smoked turkey, pulled pork and St. Louis or baby back ribs. Our whole smoked rib-eye roast is our signature protein. Our sides includes pinto, baked, ranch style or green beans (our specialty), Cole slaw, potato salad, mashed, or au gratin potatoes, mac & cheese, whole kernel or corn-on-the-cob. Don’t see what you want in this list? Please ask us about it because we’re pretty good at producing what you’d like. Since you’re the boss we can arrange to have one or as many meats as you would like. Same goes with our sides. We also offer Texas sliced bread or we serve a pretty mean yeast roll (ex/chg). We elected not to have a written menu because everyone thought that was all we offered and would pass us by. But, the truth be told, we have served many chicken-fried steaks and chicken-fried chicken over the years. Many have liked our meat loaf or chicken spaghetti at family gatherings or we can grill hamburgers or steaks on site. Some even say our catfish, fried at their event, was a social gathering in itself. And don’t forget about our chuck wagon meals!
