The BBQ Corner Catering

We are committed to providing the very best food and catering services on today’s market. However, it is necessary that we take certain steps to see that commitment through.

It’s only good business that we will require a signed written contract to be agreed upon by both parties. This contract will state our obligations as well as yours for a successful catering event.

We will require at least 50% of the total payment as a booking fee in order for you to buy the date for your event. We do not overbook and the date you select will not be yours until the contract is signed, payment is made and funds are cleared. We reserve the right to sell any date that has not been secured.

Since some items and/or services that we use have to be ordered or scheduled well in advance of an event we have adopted this cancellation policy.

1. We require at least 30 days written notice from the person who signed the contract in order to receive a 100% return of booking fees.

2. Any cancellations made between 29 days and 14 days of the scheduled event will be returned to you at a rate of 50% of your booking fee unless you rebook another available date. If you rebook for a different available date the initial payment shall be held as the booking fee for that new date and a new contract must be signed. We will not be liable if you choose to rebook a date that has already been secured.

3. Should you choose not to rebook and we are able to sell your secured date the full balance will be returned to you.

4. If you cancel the event and choose not to rebook, and it is 13 days or less prior to your booked date, no refunds will be given in any amount unless that date can be resold to another party.
