BBQ Catering Menu and Pricing

Our standard buffet features sliced beef and smoked sausage, which is priced at only $9.30 per person.

Our buffets includes everything except dessert and the kitchen sink.

If your event needs something a little extra you can always substitute ham, pulled pork or smoked turkey for one of the above meats, and all you do is add a buck ($1.00) to the per person price.

Our three meat buffet is very popular and you may select from all the meats except ribs ($2.50 per person) for only an extra fifty cents per person.

If ribs are what you’re craving you can substitute our thick and juicy St. Louis cut ribs (2 meat buffet only) for one and add only $4.00 per person.

Heck, just a St. Louis rib buffet alone is only $16.00 per person.

To satisfy your sweet-tooth you can always add one of our delicious home-style cobblers (peach, apple or cherry) for an additional $1.00 per person.

Our standard buffet includes (choice of two veggies) pinto beans, potato salad or cole slaw, Texas sliced bread, all condiments (dill pickle slices, onion, relish, pepperoncini peppers and our own BBQ sauce). We’d never leave you high and dry so we include our non-sweet tea with accompaniments (Sweet N Low, sugar and lemon juice). We also bring along some good old drinking water for those that like to keep it simple. Disposable plates, cutlery packets and cups are a must.
