These pictures were taken of a wedding reception 7-22-07. This was a buffet for 100.

Below is pictured the Chamber of Commerce Banquet (335 people) bread presentation we did back in May ‘07. We decided on granite & marble.

7-28-07 was a first for us. Never had we put on a BBQ in a roping pen. We quickly found out it was a great place for a party!

 We were invited to VanKleek Hill, Canada on September 13, 2008, to cook for a ministry group going up. We had no idea how many people would be there, so we loaded the smoker and cooked 30 briskets and 200 pounds of sausage.

The worried guy in the top right picture is me wondering if there would be enough for the 600 or so that came. We were close, but as always, the Lord provided just enough.
